- 1 dessert sp milk

The staple filling for the family chocolate cake recipe :) very sweet but exceptionally good!

Melt the chocolate over a bowl of hot water. When melted add the rest of the ingredients, stir and leave to melt. Once melted stir until smooth then leave in the fridge until of a spreading consistency (roughly an hour)

Put this between two chocolate sponge cakes!
