Par boil potatoes and drain and brush with oil. Sprinkle over chilli powder and bake for 45 mins at 180c.
Combine mango chutney and creme fraiche in a bowl.
Add chopped chicken and stir through.
Put chicken and sauce mixture into a casserole dish and bake at 180c for 30 mins.
Boil corn on cob for 10 mins and serve.
