1 tbsp honey
500g Alpro Vanilla yogurt alternative

Accompaniment

Method

Place the dried fruit in a bowl along with the cinnamon, honey and the juice and zest from 1 orange

Pour over the Earl Grey tea and leave to steep for at least one hour, preferably overnight

Spoon some of the fruit into a small tupperware container, do the same with the Alpro Vanilla yogurt alternative
