1. Heat the grill to high. Mix the turkey or chicken with half of the hoisin sauce so that it is coated. Spread out onto an ovenproof dish and put under grill until it is sizzling. Warm the tortillas under the grill or according to the pack.
2. Spread the tortillas with the rest of the hoisin sauce, then use to wrap up the turkey or chicken with the curumber, onions and service with sala.
Chef's Tips
Serve with chilli dipping sauce, salad and potato wedges, mmmmmmm!!!
