Ingredients
- 200g grated cheese (of your choice)
- 100g Flour (self raising)
- 50g Soft Margerine
- 1 tbls milk

An easy recipe for the children to make. Very tasty and they never last in our house once made.

* place margarine and flour into a bowl
* mix until fine breadcrumbs
* add cheese and milk
* mix until a soft dough ball forms
* roll onto a floured surface
* use cookie cutters of your favourite shape to cut out biscuits. Depending on the size of your cookie cutter, depends how many biscuits are made. I used a medium butterfly cutter.
* bake at 175 degrees until slightly brown approximately 15 mins.
* carefully transfer to a wire rack to cool
