Ingredients
- 115g Softened butter
- 100g caster sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 100ml milk
- 250g Plain flour
- 150g Dried blueberries
- oats to sprinkle
- sugar to sprinkle

Preheat the oven to 190C
Put Muffin cases in the tin (i like the silicone trays as they help keep the muffin shapes well.
Put the dry ingredients into a bowl and mix
Mix the butter and the sugar until light and fluffy.
Add the eggs one at a time while continuing to mix the mixture. Then add in the vanilla essence.
Spoon in the dry ingredients and then add the blueberries but don't over mix - its ok if its a bit lumpy
Sprinkle oats and sugar over the mixture and bake for 20 mins
