- 200g can tuna in spring water. drained
- handful chopped coriander

This is so cheap!!! and so quick!!! Can't possibly say who it reminds me of!!! But I would like to dedicate this to a very old friend who shall remain nameless!!

1. Fry theonion in the oil for 5 minutes. Add the potatoes and curry paste and cook for 5 minutes, lightly curshing the potatoes.
2. Stir in the tuna and gently cook for a few minutes until a ctust forms. Stir and cook for a few more minutes until nice and crunchy. Stir in the coriander.
Chef's Tips
This is yummy served with baked beans!! And perhaps some crusty bread............ For a more exotic twist serve with some mango chutney, naan bread and raita to compliment the curry content.
