This is not the most beautiful dish in the world. But for sure it’s one the the simplest and very nutritious. You don’t need a lot of ingredients to feed your family or friends.

Chop the vegetables, put into boiling water and cook for about 8 minutes.

Heat up the oil in a deep frying pan. Add the semolina and roast it until it gets brown.

Pour the roasted semolina and the seasonings into the vegetables, reduce the heat and cook in the cover pot for a few minutes, stir occasionally.
