Ingredients
- 125g sugar + extra for dusting
- 70g margarine
- 3 eggs
- 150g rice flour
- 50g Flour
- 1 dsp baking powder

Set oven at 180 degrees C
Cream sugar and margarine, then add eggs one at a time whilst beating. Stir in rice flour, flour and baking powder.
Put mixture into moulds (I use cupcake cases in UK or muffin trays) and bake for 30 mins. About 10 minutes before end of cooking, dust with sugar.
