- 1 can Tuna (Drained)
- 1 beaten egg
- ½ cup Flour
- ½ teaspoon salt
- some pepper
- some cumin
- 1 onion chopped
- 2 spoons chopped parsley
- 1 garlic clove crushed
- 2 spoons melted butter

Description
The woman that works in my parents' house (cook/cleaner/etc)used to cook this for us. I love it so much that I looked for the recipe to make it for my husband.

Mix everything in a bowl. Add more flour or breadcrumbs if you want to make it thicker.
On a frying pan with a little oil (very hot) put 2 or 3 spoons of the dough, make it round but flat (like a hamburger). Fry them on both sides until golden brown.
Instead of OR in addition to the tuna you can use grated courgette.
