1. Mix these altogether in a bowl so the mixture is semi-runny then place a small measure of cooking oil in a pan and add some of your mixture.
2. Flip and make one pancake and place in warm oven and repeat until you have 8 lovely pancakes.
3. You can add to them lemon, sugar, fruit, ice cream....whatever you like.
