- 100g green beans. blanced and halved
- 200g cherry tomatoes. halved
- 1 red onion. thinly sliced
- 3 garlic cloves. crushed
- 400g can of mixed beans
- 60g rocket leaves
- 8tbsp fat free vinagrette
- 2 x 185g can tuna in spring water

In a large bowl mix together all ingridents apart from the the garlic and vinagrette.
In another bowl mix the crushed garlic with the vinagrette.
Serve the salad with the dressing drizzled over.
