Chicken Breasts Stuffed with Cream Cheese

- 4 chicken breasts
- a slosh of good white wine
- a packet boursin cheese
- salt and freshly ground black pepper

This is so yummy and easy to prepare and cook

1. Slice the chicken breasts in half
2. Fill the centre with boursin cheese spread thickly
3. Season with salt and pepper
4. Wrap in a silver foil parcel and add some white wine
5. Cook in a pre heated oven 180C for 25 mins
take out of the parcels and put into the chicken into an ovenproof dish
Pour the juice from each of the parcels into a pan and heat up with some cream and then pour over the chicken.
Top with croutons
I cook something similar. I buy skinless, boneless thigh fillets, stuff them with bousin, mustard, season and wrap in parma ham. Find this easier than slitting the chicken breast. Add some new potatoes in the oven too with drizzle of olive oil and a little oregano. Love with asaparagus too :)
I like to do the exact same thing but i add tomato puree and fresh basil to the centre, wrap in parma ham, and serve with asparagus and a nice herby mash!
