1, beat the egg
2, cream the margarine and sugar until fluffy
3, add half the egg, half the flour, mix well and add the remaining egg,
flour and 1 tablespoon of milk
4, place in grassed bun tins,
5, bake at Gas 6, for 15 to 16 minutes until firm
