Ingredients
- 175g caster sugar
- 30g cornflour
- ΒΌ tsp salt
- ΒΌ tsp ground cinammon
- 375ml milk
- 125ml whipped cream
- 1 egg
- 90g plain chocolate. chopped
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract

I not a big fan of mousse or yogurt but this tasted nice and creamy.
THIS RECIPE CAME FROM THE HOMEMADE DESSERTS BOOK BY CATHERINE ATKINSON,CAROLINE BARTY AND MAGGIE MAYHEW.
Method

1.Mix together the sugar, cornflour, salt and cinnamon.
2.Put in a large heavy based sauce pan and slowly whisk in the milk and cream.
3.Set over a medium heat.
4.Add butter and chocolate.
5.Cook until chocolate melts and the mixture thickens ilst whisking frequently.
6.Bring to boil and boil for 1 minute.
7.Remove pan from heat.
8.Beat egg and vanilla extract in small bowl a or cup.
9.Add to mixture and whisk continuously to prevent lumps from forming.
10.The mixture will be very thick.
11.Remove from heat.
12.Poor into ramekins or tea cups and leave to cool.
13.Chill for 2 hours or overnight.
14.Decorate with whipped cream and chocolate shavings.
