- few sprigs coriander
- few sprigs mint
- 1 cup yogurt
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ chopped green chilli
- ½ tsp cumin powder
- ¼ tsp chat masala

Place all ingredients except yogurt in a grinder and blend for approx 1 minute. Add a teaspoon of yogurt if necessary. When thoroughly blended, add to yogurt and refrigerate for 30 mins.
You would probably need an Asian supermarket.
This sounds delish! I don't think I've seen 'chat masala' before. Is it available in most supermarkets?
