- 1 Red onion
- 2 tbsp Tandoori curry paste
- Small bunch Coriander
- 150ml Natural Yoghurt
- 2 tomatoes
- 4 spring onions
- Crisp lettuce to serve

1. Roughly chop half of the coriander and place in a bowl with the mince, onion, curry paste and a little seasoning and mix until well combined.
2. Form the mixture into 4 flat burger shapes.
3. Chargrill for 4 or 5 minutes on each side until cooked through.
4. Meanwhile mix the rest of the coriander with the yogurt, tomatoes and spring onions.
5. Serve the burgers warm in the mini naan breads with lettuce and the raita.
