2-4 chicken breasts diced
2-3 peppers / capsicum, roughly chopped
1-3 red onions, roughly chopped
2-4cups mushrooms, quartered
1 small tin of pineapple rings cut into chunks and drained
rice or potato wedges
jamaican jerk seasoning
oil

a quick and easy 1 pan recipe

Method

1. Chop up the ingredients into large chunks.
2. Add a little oil to a wok or large frying pan and stir fry the chicken and some jerk seasoning until browned.
3. Add the Peppers, onions,mushrooms and some more seasoning. Continue to stir to ensure even cooking.
4. Add the pineapple chunks and stir fry for a further 2 minutes or until the pineapple is hot.
5. serve with potato wedges or rice.
