Nederburg Cabernet Sauvignon Rose
This beautiful rose wine is made entirely from Cabernet Sauvignon grapes, fruit driven, refreshing with abundance of berry flavours and a pleasant long finish.
Description
My favourite Pain Perdu recipe, quite similar to French Toast but in my opinion it is really better. Simple and quick to make. Perfect for breakfast in bed/brunch with friends.

Put the milk in a plate.
Put the eggs in another plate and mix them together with a fork.
Take each slice of bread/brioche and dunk each side in the milk first (not too long because it can break) and then in the eggs.
Put the slices in another plate and sprinkle some brown sugar on each side.
Pre-heat a frying pan. Put a knob of butter in heat. Cook over a gentle heat.
Cook each side of the slices one minute until brown (be careful it doesn't burn). Add some butter before cooking another slice.
Serve plain or with some jam.
