    Cook the various meats as per their recipes (modify for quantities as needed).

    Meanwhile fry the onion in plenty of vegetable oil very slowly until golden (should take about 1 hour) stir occasionally.

    Heat a metal serving skillet in the oven with the tandoori meats.

    Put the servibf skillet back in it's wooden holder and arrange the onion on the serving skillet then the meats on top of the onion, pour over the lemon juice for the sizzle and serve.
