Bring a large pan of water to the boil. Add the peppers and cook for 5 minutes, then drain, peel with a sharp knife, halve and deesed. Cut the flesh into thin strips.
Heat the olive oil in a frying pan, add the red pepper strips and season with salt and pepper. Cover and cook over a low heat for 5 minutes.
Add the prawns and the orange juice to the pan and cook, uncovered, for a further 2 minutes. Season to taste with salt and pepper and serve immediatly.

If you don't have time, you don't need to peel the peppers. In that case, cook them for 20 minutes
