In a medium sized bowl beat the egg, add the butter, milk and soup. When this is blended add in the flour and salt. then the finely chopped herb.
Mix until the mixture is smooth.
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees C.
Place the mixture into muffin cases and bake for twenty minutes.
Serve as an alternative to bread with soups or stews.
