- 1.5 glasses Sugar
- 2 Eggs
- few drops Vanilla essence
- 1.5 glass Cooking oil
- 1 pot Natural Yoghurt
- 3 glasses SR flour

Very easy to make, great dessert.

1. Mix all ingredients together.
2. Pour into cake tin.
3. Cook approximately 45 mins (check with skewer)
Note:size of the glass isn't important but it shouldn't be much bigger than the yoghurt pot.
4. For variety use a flavoured yoghurt for a change
