Description

Baked chicken cutlets is one of my favorite skinless chicken breast recipes, it's so easy to make. Plus you can add the breadcrumb seasoning of your choice.

Method

  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 350f.
Put all of the dry ingredients into a large bowl and mix together well.
Melt the butter in a small pan. When it's melted pour into a shallow dish.
Dip each chicken breast into the melted butter.
Dredge each chicken breast into the breadcrumb mixture.
Arrange all of the chicken breasts in a lightly greased shallow baking pan, do not cover.
Bake the chicken for 45-60 minutes.
Test each chicken breast with a meat thermometer. The correct temperature is 165-175f.

Chef's Tips

You can easily alter the bread crumb seasonings to suit your personal tastes, first replace the Italian breadcrumbs with plain ones and some different seasonings of your choice.
E.g. Allspice and Thyme for a Caribbean twist or Five Spice powder to give your cutlets a Chinese flavor.
