- 1 cup plain flour
- 4 level tbsn butter
- 5 tbsn grated cheese
- 2 tbsn milk
- ½ tsp salt

Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl to make a firm smooth paste. Roll out the paste flat with a floured rolling pin.
Cut the paste into long narrow strips and cut each strip into smaller pieces.
Place on a baking tray and bake for 10-15 minutes at about 180 degrees c.
