Open pastry and lay flat
Brush all the pastry with mustard
Scatter over grated cheese
Place bacon strips along lentire length
Cut between each strip
Take one end of each strip in each hand and twist
Lay twists on baking sheet covered in baking parchment
Now chill for at least 20 mins
Use this time to preheat oven to 180
Brush twists with beaten egg and then straight into preheated oven
Bake till golden brown approx 15-20 mins
