Tomato sauce:
Fry olive oil, garlic, chilli
Add tomatoes and simmer for 20 minutes
Add parsley
Fry chicken breasts until golden colour
Place in individual dishes
Pour over tomato sauce
Place sliced mozzarella on top
Put in oven for 20-30 minutes
