Description
A creamy lobster pasta that isn't heavy but very delicious. It's super easy and quick.
Method

1
Slice up one onion into small 1cm x 1cm slices.
Cut up the lobster meat into pieces the size of the prawns.
Cut up the broccoli into smaller pieces.
Add the oil to the pan and cook the prawns, onion, broccoli and lobster meat till it's cooked. Add the garlic and cook for one more minute so you don't get that nasty burnt garlic smell.
Cook the pasta.
Add the cream x 2 to the pan and cook for 4 minutes on low. Add the Parmesan and cook for 2 more minutes.
Drain the pasta and add the meat and sauce to the pan. Then stir thru the shallots and add salt and pepper to taste.
Nice to eat hot or on toast the next day.
