Ingredients
- 500g mince meat
- 2 tinned chopped tomatoes
- 2 medium onion finely chopped
- 2 cloves of garlic finely chopped
- 2 tablespoon tropical sun all purpose seasoning
- pinch pepper
- 1 teaspoon oragano
- 1 teaspoon thyme
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- parmesan cheese. freshly grated
- 800g-1kg/1ΒΎ-2ΒΌlb dried spaghetti

This is a favourite of my nephew Thomas, what makes it special is seasoning the mince over night

β’ Season the mince over night in the tropical sun all purpose seasoning.
β’ Heat the olive oil in a saucepan. Gently heat the chopped onion and garlic until golden brown.
β’ Add the the mince meat and brown. Once browned add the thyme and oregano.
β’ Cook on a low heat for 1.30 minutes.
β’ Cook the spaghetti as per instructions on the packet.
β’ Serve the bolognaise source over a serving on spaghetti and grate a scattering of parmesan cheese and a twist of black pepper.
