when you have cooked the pasta place into a bowl.heat the milk up in a different metal bowl and then add the chese and then flour to thicken the sause. then when cooked put all of the sause and pasta into the plastic bowl and mix. then place into a long dish and then smoothen out. spread out equally grated cheese on the top.
