Nederburg Cabernet Sauvignon Rose

Nederburg Cabernet Sauvignon Rose

This beautiful rose wine is made entirely from Cabernet Sauvignon grapes, fruit driven, refreshing with abundance of berry flavours and a pleasant long finish.

Description

drunken cherries,I make up a pint and forget about them for a year or so.I use them in puddings and cakes.

Method

  1. 1

fill a clean glass pint jar 3/4 full with dried cherries.Fill to cover with unflavoured brandy.Seal the jar tightly(so you can shake it without leaks). This does not need pocessing, just a screw on lid.
Put it on the back shelf in your pantry...(it is early April as I type this)by Chistmas, you should have a jar of drunken cherries...but the longer they can sit,the better they are.Use them in any puddings or cakes that list sultanas in it's ingredients.
