1. saute onion
2. add garlic
3. add stripped chicken
4. heat until chicken is warmed
5. add salt & pepper & all spice
6. add veg and give a good stir until well mixed
7. add tomato pure & butter beans and mix well to cover everything
8. add new potatoes and tinned tomatoes
9. give a good stir add a little water and simmer just keep checking and adding water as required
