SponsoredOrigin Pinot Grigio Organic
The nation's favourite tipple in an organic bundle. A great value wine,Β from Italy's ever popular Pinot Grigio grape. This wine is perfectly balanced with juicy pear and peach notes and soft floral aromas
Description
Home-made guac is infintely superior to anything you can buy in a supermarket.

1. Half the avocado and remove the stone. Scoop out the flesh with a spoon and chop into ~1 cm cubes. Place the avocado in a bowl with the lime juice and mash with a fork, don't overdo the mashing as some chunky bits of avocado in the guac improve the taste and texture.
2. Mix in the jalapeno, garlic, tomato and corriander. Season to taste.
3. Serve immediately or store covered in the fridge until needed.
Chef's Tips
Try your own variations, e.g. you can add 1/4 finely chopped red onion if you like.
To make less spicy, de-seed the jalapeno (or replace the jalapeno with red onion).
You can skin and de-seed the tomato if you prefer, but I can never be bothered with the extra effort.
Recipe easily scales up for parties and barbecues.
Great served with Tex-Mex dishes like my beef chili recipe, fajitas, quesadillas etc.
Left-overs taste great as a spread on grilled chicken or grilled vegetable sandwiches.
Due to the jalapenos, if you use the guac for food sex, keep it away from sensitive areas.
Made this tonight to go with chicken fajitas. Lovely fresh taste and really easy. My daughter did most of it herself.
